We will need the following information (including attachments requested) emailed to info@jmrny.com for any rental requests:

1)     CLIENT INFORMATION

2)      Fill out and complete the Initiating Form.

3)      Photocopy of credit card (front and back)

4)      Photocopy of cardholder's ID

How does the weekend, daily, weekly rates work?

  • Weekend rate (1 day charge) Pick up Friday after 3pm and return Monday by 11am

  • Daily rate (1 day charge) Any 24 hour period before 5pm.

  • Weekly rate (3 day charge) work 7 days. For example pick up Monday at 11am due back the following Monday by 11am.

Delivery and pick-up services are available upon request and must be scheduled in advance. Provide the address and delivery date/time to receive a quote.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP TIMES

  • Standard delivery and pick-up times are Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm. 

  • Delivery outside normal hours is available upon request for an additional fee.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP LOCATIONS

  • Standard delivery locations are within New York City.

  • Delivery outside of the New York City is available.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP RATES

  • Standard rates start at $75 each way and vary based on location, time, and package.

  • Rates outside of normal hours or standard locations require a custom quote.

  • We recommend that you schedule equipment ahead of time. You can place an order up to 60 days in advance. You can place your order online or call in the order.

  • Cancellation fees may apply without 24 hours notice given before scheduled rental pick up times.

  • Equipment pickups are set between 9am-5:30pm

  • We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

  • You may use your own insurance. Please have your insurance company issue a COI with JMR Equipment Rentals, 168 53rd St. Suite 101 Brooklyn, NY 11232  listed as the loss payee and send it to info@jmrny.com. All COI's will need to be verified beforehand. We suggest you provide us a COI 24 hours before the scheduled rental so we may confirm the information.

  • For international renters, a valid passport and a major credit card are required. As equipment security, a major credit card is required (at this time, we do not accept international COIs).

  • All pick-up persons must have a valid ID present at pick up
